1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In small bowl, whisk cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and 1 teaspoon chopped basil. Makes about 1/2 cup.
2. Brush both sides of zucchini with oil; place on hot grill rack, cover and cook 5 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once. Transfer zucchini to cutting board and place 1 basil leaf on top of each piece; wrap each with 1 piece prosciutto. Makes 16 zucchini snacks.
3. Serve zucchini snacks with cheese mixture.
